When replacement is the right route
Replacement suits a valve body whose damage is wider than a single recoverable fault, a job where the existing unit has several problems at once, or a job where time matters more than recovering the existing unit. It also suits a buyer who needs a complete assembly with solenoids rather than a repair of the existing passages and bores. In each case the decision should follow inspection, not assumption: a valve body that only needs a sleeve repair should not be replaced by default, and a valve body with wider damage should not be repaired by default.
Replacement and repair compared
Repair recovers the existing valve body through screening, cleaning, sleeve repair where a bore is worn, and bench testing. Replacement starts from a different unit and still requires the same final checks: bench testing of oil flow, pressure stability, shift response and sealing, and confirmation of fitment before ordering. The cost and time difference between the two routes depends on the condition of the existing unit, which is why an inquiry should describe that condition rather than asking for a generic comparison.
What a replacement inquiry should contain
A replacement inquiry should name the valve body or assembly needed, describe the existing unit and its faults in the buyer's own terms, and share any identification details the buyer holds. It should state quantity and target date, and ask for MOQ and lead time for the order. It should also ask whether the replacement unit has passed bench testing, and confirm packaging and warranty.
What replacement does not promise
This site does not publish a valve body fitment list, and replacement does not promise fitment for any particular application. Confirm fitment details before ordering.
Warranty is at least 1 year, and certificates are available upon request. Ask about bench testing, packaging and warranty for the replacement unit in your inquiry.
Confirm Before Ordering
Share the valve body or solenoid item you need, the quantity you have in mind, and your target date. Ask for MOQ and lead time for your order, and confirm fitment details before ordering.
