Mechatronic Unit

A mechatronic unit is described in the company parts list as a DCT integrated electronic valve body: the electronic control and the hydraulic valve body combined in one unit. This page explains that combination and how it differs from a conventional valve body.

Electronics and hydraulics in one unit

A conventional valve body is primarily a hydraulic assembly, with solenoids added to control it. A mechatronic unit integrates the electronic control with the valve body itself, so that control decisions and hydraulic actions live in the same unit. That integration is the whole point of the category: a fault can be electronic, hydraulic, or both at once, and it must be investigated as a combined unit rather than as two separate parts.

What the mechatronic unit page covers

This page covers the mechatronic unit as a category: what integration means, how bench testing applies to it, and what to confirm before ordering. It does not publish a fitment list, and it does not expand into other electronic control categories. The mechatronic unit testing page covers the testing side in detail, and the valve body testing page covers the general bench-test items that also apply here.

How a mechatronic unit is checked

Bench testing for solenoids, sensors and valve body assemblies covers electronic and hydraulic checks: oil flow, pressure stability, shift response and sealing. For a mechatronic unit, the electronic side of that test carries extra weight, because the unit itself contains the control electronics. Ask whether bench testing covered both the electronic and the hydraulic sides for the unit in your order.

Mechatronic unit or valve body assembly

A valve body assembly is the hydraulic assembly supplied with its solenoid set. A mechatronic unit is the integrated electronic valve body. A buyer who needs the integrated unit should inquire here; a buyer who needs the hydraulic assembly with solenoids should inquire on the valve body assembly page. Naming the right category in the inquiry avoids a long correction exchange.

What to confirm before ordering

This site does not publish a mechatronic unit fitment list. Confirm fitment details before ordering, and describe the integrated unit you need in your own terms.

Share the quantity and your target date. Ask for MOQ and lead time for your order, and confirm packaging and warranty before ordering. Warranty is at least 1 year, and certificates are available upon request.
