Solenoid valve kit selection guide

Solenoid Valve Kit Selection Guide

Choosing a solenoid valve kit means answering three questions in order: which solenoid functions you need, whether you need the kit or the complete assembly, and what checks the kit must pass. This guide works through those questions as an inquiry checklist.

Evidence notes: company base Guangzhou, China; warranty at least 1 year; sleeve repair and bench-test items from company process documentation, steps 5–6.

Step one: name the functions

List the solenoid functions your job needs: pressure control, shift, lock-up, or a combination of them. A kit inquiry that names its functions can be answered precisely; a kit inquiry that only says solenoids cannot, because the three functions are not interchangeable. If you are unsure which function matches your fault, start from the valve body solenoid page, which sets the three functions side by side.

Step two: kit, single solenoid, or complete assembly

  • A single solenoid suits a single identified fault in one function.
  • A solenoid valve kit suits several solenoids replaced together, or a workshop stocking the set for repeat work.
  • A complete valve body assembly suits a job where the valve body passages or bores are also at fault, or where a complete set with solenoids is required.

Choosing the wrong level is the most expensive selection error: a kit cannot repair a worn bore, and a complete assembly is more than a single solenoid fault needs.

Step three: state the checks the kit must pass

Ask whether bench testing covers the kit solenoids across oil flow, pressure stability, shift response and sealing, and whether the test covers the solenoids alone or fitted in an assembly. State whether gaskets are in scope where the kit is fitted as part of a valve body job, so that the scope is agreed before work starts.

Step four: complete the commercial details

Share the quantity and your target date. Ask for MOQ and lead time for your order. Confirm fitment details before ordering, and confirm packaging and warranty before ordering.

This site does not publish a solenoid valve kit fitment list. Fitment is confirmed from the details you share in the inquiry, not from the kit name alone. Warranty is at least 1 year, and certificates are available upon request.
